I cannot recommend this family firm enough. I'd tried to get a leisure battery fitted elsewhere but the auto electrician was less than enthusiastic and never did call when he was able to do the job.
In contrast, I turned up at Jacques, was greeted and they immediately ascertained what I was looking for. They advised on what was needed and provided an estimate.
Once I'd accepted the estimate I was advised that they could fit the job in a week later. The job was completed on the day to a very high standard. I could not be any happier. They also had no problems when I asked for additional work to be added to the initial job.
When I was unable to collect my vehicle of completion, again it was not a problem, they are so obliging and flexible.
I have no hesitation in recommended them, I'm certain you too will leave feeling that they have done a good job.

Great service and went the extra mile for us. Had an A-Frame fitted to our car, fantastic job and organised to perfection given we don’t live on the mainland so timing was everything to ensure the work was completed and we could get our ferry back home. Highly recommend them.

They are very friendly and highly professional, fitting the towbar for an amazing price - they also identified a problem with our car and made a temporary repair. Can't recommend highly enough and will never go anywhere else.
